I USE A Buffet "festival" Bb clarinet, and it's necessary to use the Eb key
from high-C to high-G, or the notes are a little low; In the last years I
used a Selmer 10SII ant the sames notes were perfectly in pitch without the
Eb key.. I've been told by a clarinet maker It depends of clarinet's boring.
