I put the 3rd finger of the left hand on the B/F# trill key on the
lower body joint, while at the same time reaching completely UNDER the
clarinet with the first finger of the right hand to open the Ab key, and
then I close all the keys on the right side of the lower body joint with
my left elbow. Then, with my right knee I open the two lower right side
trill keys. While playing this fingering, I turn pages with my nose.

Warning: Unless you are a professional, do not try this at home by
yourself. Always have an observer present who is trained in either CPR,
massage therapy or Kung Fu.
