Hello,
I use the third finger on the left hand to cover the bottom hole on the top
joint and my ring finger on my right hand to cover the bottom hole on the
lower joint as well as the "C" right hand pinky key. I'm sorry I couldn't
find a better way to describe that but I didn't have a fingering chart handy.
