I would recommend contacting Melanie Richards, who is now Prof.of Clarinet
at Capital University in Columbus OH. Her DMA research document here at the
Ohio State University (completed in 1993) was entitled A SELECTED
BIBLIOGRAPHY OF SOLO CLARINET MUSIC BY WOMEN COMPOSERS. Her e-mail address

She featured many excellent compositions by women composers in recitals
here as well.
