Finger using the throat A, left hand 3 & 4, right hand 1, 2, 3 and F/C key,
Thumb on the B trill key (2nd from top). Rest the horn on your
knees...obviously while sitting down.

The quickest is Bb as usual, then add L.H. 3, R.H. 1 & 3, and F/C key.

On slightly slower passages, try throat A with L.H. 3, R.H. B trill key.
