Dr. Pacarelli operates a practice for performing artists in NYC which is
quite well known to the RSI crowd, and is reportedly quite good -
includes a bit of retraining for performers to avoid further or more
serious injury.

Another good book is "Pain Erasure" by Bonnie Prudden. Lots of stretches
and pictures to show the correct techniques for any area of the body.
