Hi everyone,

i've been struggling with RSI for a while. For me, it's mostly caused by
typing, but clarinetting aggravates it. I bought a book that seems most
useful:

Pascarelli, Emil and Deborah Quilter. _Repetitive Strain Injury: A Computer
User's Guide_. New York: Wiley and Sons, 1994.

Of course it is no substitute for seeing a doctor if you already have
problems. But I think it has a lot to offer, especially if you do a lot
(several hours a day) of typing like I do. And even if you rarely type, the
advice could easily be applied to clarinetting.
