Neil,
Yes it is OTC. It will be next to the Ben Gay, Mineral Ice, and other various
"witch brews". I used to use Myoflex, but I find Zostrix ( or capsaicin p) to
be great for the pain of the tendons. $15-18 at your local drug store. (sort
of like a box of reeds)
