A friend of mine, who plays the violin, frequently gets RSI - Repetitive
Strain Injury - and she has a wrist brace which allows her full movement
in her fingers but which keeps her wrist straight and in place, from her
knuckles to half way up her forearm. She needs to wear it every so
often to give her wrist and muscles a rest, but can remove it after a
few days.
