In my Buffet catalog there is both a "Festival" and a "Jazz Festival" model.
The Jazz is available in Bb only and looks like the Elite models, with no
metal rings at the joints.

Other facts from the catalog:

Model Pitches available

Elite 440, 442
Jazz Festival 442
Festival 440, 442
RC Prestige 440, 442
RC 440, 442, 444
R13 Prestige 440
R13 440
DG (Daniel Gautier) 440, 442

Someone told me that you could tell the pitch from the first
letter in the serial number, but I don't recall which letter
meant what pitch.
