I haven't seen Yale mentioned yet...

David Shifrin typically takes one undergrad per year; the rest study with
his graduate students (who are excellent, by the way) and can, at their
pleasure, attend his weekly master classes. Rumor has it he's on
sabbatical this year (did I hear this on this very list?); I can't
remember who the interim person is. The undergrad music scene is
incredibly extensive -- a great symphony, five or six student-run chamber
orchestras, plus tons of sick and twisted chamber musicians who play
gazillions of recitals each year. Oh, and the science isn't half bad
either...!
