Here are some possibilities to consider:

Alfred U., Alfred, NY. My wife did a chemistry/dance dual major there.

Boston U. Fine music curriculum, not sure about science. You didn't
mention what science or how deeply you want to go. You might
consider doing your science at MIT, Harvard, or Northeastern,
and
your music at Berklee.

U. of Hartford, W. Hartfor, CT. Hartt School of Music. Science
curriculum might not meet your needs.

Towson U., Towson MD. Similar to Boston U., but probably less
expensive.
