Looking at the headers, it seems as if the afm.org mail system
(not any "person") started forwarding the messages back to the
list. (If you look at the "Organization:" section, you'll also
see that the AFM was attaching that each time.)

E-mail's a wonderful thing; too bad computers get in the way ;^)

It seems to have stopped.
