Have you contacted Kingsborough College Community Band in
Brooklyn, NY? Their recently-retired conductor, Simeon Loring, was a
top-notch clarinetist and collected a large amount of literature. They
might have it and I know that they have been known to loan out music. The
college is on Oriental Blvd. in Brooklyn, New York.
