Hello everyone,
It has been ages since my last post. I came across something today and I
figured I must share this with the world... While cleaning big band music
stands I came across a Humes & Berg Mfg. Co. Catalog circa 60's or 70's.

One of the products listed is:
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
Clarinet Practicer

Buddy DeFranco, America's foremost Clarinet Virtuoso says: "The Clarinet
Practicer is the Greatest Companion a Clarinet Player could ever have."
Only player hears himself. Develops large concert tone. #890.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------

Did anyone ever use one of these? It appears to be a cardboard box that
sits outside the instrument. Did it work??? However, please don't argue
their advertising about Buddy's status... We can for the most part all
agree that he is great...

Thanks!!!

Mike
