Maureen,

I know this is very late, but have you read John Snavely's dissertation
on Goodman's Commissions? The works discussed are Bartok Contrasts,
Milhaud Concerto, Hindemith Concerto, Copland Concerto, Gould Derivations,
and a Concerto by Allen Shawm. I think this list of Goodman commissions is
complete. If you want more information on
the thesis or on the contents of it (I have a copy), please let me know.
