Dick,
In 3 words: practice, practice, practice. I can now nail C and D
above triple G at will. However, I have been doing little runs and
arpeggios to these notes as part of my warmup every day for 2-3 YEARS!!!!
It'll come with time. You must start by including these notes as your
warm-up noodles. Also, when you are practicing and finish an exercise,
instead of just noodling a few notes like we all do, make those few notes
the high notes you are working on. It really helps.
