"The New Langwill Index" has a longish writeup on this company. It was
established in 1847, used the same name until 1920, then a merger caused it
to be called "Rampone & Cazzani". Two factories employed 80 people in
Milano and Quarna. They made "all" woodwinds and brass. The Logo is a
Lyre with leaves, then "ER", I'll bet.

If you'll give a fax number I'll send the whole thing.
