Yes. I bought a new clarinet on my last trip to New York.
I tryed on Lebanc Opus, Concerto and Buffet Festival and R-13
Prestige.(I have been playing on both Bb & A Buffet RC Prestige).
I had a surprise, because the best instrument I found out was one
R-13!!!!!!!
On both Leblanc Concerto and Opus I found good horns, at least on
sound projection(maybe because their pads with resonators)but the sound
quality I didn't like so much as Buffet.
Like I told you, I have been playing on a RC Prestige and my horn is
very good, but, I don't know what's happenig with the new series on Prestige
and Festival, but I didn't find any better horns then mine.
The only one that I liked was one R-13 that I bought on Weiner
Music. The pitch is very very good(at least on the low notes[G, F, E])the
troath notes don't works like troath( they are very clear) and it is
cheapest then Prestige or Festival.
I think that the news "R-13" are betters then the old ones.
If you have a chance, try on these new ones.

I hope help you.

Good luck
