To any barrel gurus in the house...

I recently borrowed two Chadash barrels and have been trying to compare
them with the standard R13 Buffet barrels. What are the reputed/reported
advantages or characteristics of the Chadash barrels? To my ear, they
mellow out the Bb clarinet sound, but have less effect on the A...
