The quickest solution is to temporarily unsubscribe the Hong Kong
subscriber, say for a couple of days. (Can our list owner do this?) As
soon as he stops receiving Klarinet posts, his server will stop bouncing
them. Once *we* stop receiving the charts, it should be safe to sign him
(or her) back on.
