Hi,
about finding arrangments as played by the exellent Ensemble Wien-Berlin, I
suggest you contact HansJorg Schellenberger, by writing the Berlin
Philharmonic, 'cause Mr Schellenberger is "the leader" of hte ensemble.
(A few Strauss arrangements are published, I believe. On the CD, "a la
carte" by Sony, you'll find the two names of the arrangeurs of the pieces
you mentioned, I believe - I haven't got the CD where I am now :-(
it's also possible, they are made for the Ensemble Wien-Berlin only...like
the policy of Dieter Kloecker, with his Ensemble Consortium Classicum, who
not want to give the pieces, found by him, to the public...it's bad, isn't is!
