Alan,
There is, of course, the Schwann Opus directory of recordings in
production, if that's what you're thinking of (available at all libraries
and record stores). However, I don't know of
any organization except ASCAP that keeps track of the repertoire of
various orchestras (and even they only do it when ASCAP members' pieces
are being played so they can deal with copyright issues)
