Good choice Lou!
The Bax Sonata is a great piece! I played it in my senior recital (long
time
ago) and loved it. The funny part was that my teacher (one of the big time
Gods of the clarinet world) had never heard it before. It was out of print
for
a while. Have a great recital, and above all-Relax

Dave
I just want to say thank you for your well wishes. I too love the Bax and
am looking forward to when I have an opportunity to again perform this
work. I am considering writing an article for the Clarinetist (if they
would have it) on performing the Bax what do you think of the importance of
the Sonata to our Rep? One reason I performed all this music (Stanford,
Finzi, Bax) was that I feel that it may not be neglected, it is at least
under played. What do you think...

Again thanx for all your help...
