After all my searching, found the Cl Polka as part of a medley (with
the Jenny Lind Polka) in my library, in a little "Polka Time Band
Book" publ Neil A. Kjos Music Co., Park Ridge, IL.; ISBN
0-8497-0214-3. Pretty simplified arrangement, but at least
recognizable.
