I'm on Marylou's side. "Jeezus Christ" is just an expression. It's similar to
"Oh my God!" Neither show any disrespect to any religions. Maybe the spelling
offended you that's kindna how we actually say it. I'm a New Yorker. And i'm
in High school. Many of us alter pronounciation of words. For example:

um = I
Ya = you; your
y'all = you all
axum= ask him, them
gonna = going; going to

and so on.

I'm sure that Marylou wasn't intentionally offending anyone. Now that you
know what we meant by Jeezus Christ is understood, there shouldn't be
anything else that's offending to anyone.
