Marylou,

I was watching a special report on TV one day, while I was channel surfing, I
stopped for this medical topic thing. It was about a pianist a great pianist
I believe who developed some sort of condition (Tendonitis) he's only able to
play one handed. Well, that's not the point. The point is things that some
doctor that was interviewed said. He said it is neccessary (umm this word
looks weird) to put our hands in either a bucket of ice-cold water or just
stuff our hands in the freezer. He said it would reduce potential hand
problems by 75% if we do it each time after a hard :"work out."
Well, see if this helps, more like a prevention, but I also use this method
during break times to ease that weirdo feeling. Oh I'm also in High School.

Musically y'all (I modified this phrase a bit)

ogy is suppose to teach respect for life, but dissection teaches us that
lives are cheap and expendable.
