Regarding the other name of the Clarinet Polka:

In German, it is known as "Der Klarinetten-Muckl". Nach ein
Volkmelodien aufgezeichnet von Karl Eder (after a folk melody transcribed
by Karl Eder). I have a a complete German edition of this work for
clarinet and small wind band, published in 1937, along with another polka
entitled "Der Klarinetten-Seppl". This arrangement was published by
Ludwig Doblinger in Vienna. Both are fun to play with a brass quintet.
