I think the principal diference is the bore. The high notes on festival are
easier to play, but the low notes are flat. I have been playing on a R
Prestige and I think that instrument is very similar. On my last trip to US
I bought a R 13 clarinet and it is very good; the picht is very good, and
the midle notes are very clear, in special the Bb. If I could give you a
advice, it could be: try on meny R 13 and compare with Festival; maybe you
could have a surprise.
