Jim,
The clarinet/piano edition I have is from Oxford University Press
(edited by David Glazer). Have you checked with them (in New York City)
to see if they offer an orchestration? Incidentally, the piece IS in
public domain, so if you feel like making an arrangement for yourself
(it's only five parts!-just string orchestra), not only will you save a
heck of alot of money but it'll be good musical practice for you too. Oh,
while you're at it, check with Kalmus in Florida. They always have lots
of cheap editions and might just have this one because it's PD.
