This book is one in a series of 'Yehudi Menuhin Music Guides'. (There is
also one by James Galway for flute)

Publisher is Kahn & Averill, 9 Harrington Road, London SW7 3ES (ISBN
1-871082-12-9) first published in 1976 by Macdonald & Co. Ltd.
I paid about GBP9.95 for it a couple of years ago.
