I have a Selmer 10R. I haven't taken specific measurements, but I would
say rather confidently that it is at least 1/3 heavier than my Buffet.
The 10R (recial) model is built with thicker walls. All my Bb's differ in
weight considerably. Buffet's "Prestige" models are heavier than regular
R-13's. Their "Elite" model is lighter than most any
clarinet available now.
