Patrick,

The piece you are referring to is not actaully composed by Weber, even
though it says so on the music. It was composed posthumusly by Huffner.
There is also another piece by Rossini called Variations for clairnet and
small orcehstra and another one, the infamous technical monster, INtro.
Theme and Variations by Rossini.
