To all,
The Klarinet list is a fun place to hang out dedicated to clarinet
wisdom, myths, folktales, gossip, and humor. There is a wide variety of
playing levels on the list - high school, college, professors, amateurs,
orchestra players. All opinions are given equal voice. For some of our
"new" members a couple words of advice: Write your postings as if you were
speaking to an adult (since a majority of the list are adults) - Don't
swear like your at a ballgame or in school (or at the docks) and when
stating your opinion realize that there might be more knowledgeable people
out there so don't make definitive "this is the last word and everyone else
don't know beans" statements. I'm not the list mom, but some postings in
the last couple of weeks have been really annoying and I'm not surprised at
the retaliation. Please treat other's opinions as you would like your own
treated. If you burn someone, you better expect the flamethrowers to be
aimed at you. Back to civility and the clarinet.
