Yeah, I know, this post has been sitting in my box for a while, sue me,
everybody. :)

I was clearing out old mail and reading this brought to mind a story my
community band director, Robert Briggs, told me.

Bob used to be the conductor of the Cal Berkeley band. Now everyone
knows about all of the weird incidents... people etc... that have
originated from Berkeley quite recently...

One day Bob was auditioning students for the band, and two twin saxophone
players were on his list of potential recruits. He heard them play, and
they were horrible, so he didn't accept them into the band.

Not long after he had rejected them, the whole band THANKED HIM because
one of the brothers had killed someone and was on the news.

It's a mad mad world ladies and gentlemen.
