Bill - below is the result of a search of the KLARINET database for
publishers etc. I recently tried to order "More Clarinet..." and found it
to be an import at about $55. I passed. I'd try somewhere like Luyben
Music in KC, or Eble, in Iowa. They may have copies on the shelf.
