David,
I also like the Hite books, except for the small type. The French
and Italian studies books are my favorite (more notes for the dollar than
anything out there) but the book of duets (Seven Grand Concert Duets:
Haydn, Mozart, Crusell, Klose) that Dave Hite came out with is way too
small- maybe it's my eyes?
