I was just wondering if such a cutting message is really necessary.
I am refering to Fred's response to the question of Slentando v. Stentando.
The question is a valid one, but the response... Putting that a
side--"Elson's Pocket Music Dictionary" (Oliver Ditson Company) lists both
of these terms. I guess the Elson's Pocket Music Dictionary is for the
person that wants to be accurate in his musical analysis.
