Am I the only one for whom the cross-fingerings (one-and-one, etc.) only work if
I don't have enough abdominal support? The only explaination I have is my
set-up. Buffet clarinets have other quirks (such as a flat two-and-three high
f) that may help explain it. However, I also play on a Genusa mouthpiece, which
requires a lot of well-supported air to get a good sound.

Does anyone else have experience with this? Please post to the group.
