Hi Shylene, I also use a Clark Fobes mouthpiece and also have 2 of Jim
Pynes mouthpieces that are about 5 years old. I need to use a 1/2 step
softer reed on the Pyne mouthpieces. When I bought my Pyne mouthpieces
Jim told me that I would most likely have to use a softer reed. I would
be curious as to how you compare the two.
