Two possibilities, depending on what preceeds or folllows:

1. Use the chromatic F# (thumb and 1st two RH index finger side keys) and
trill to A with the LH index.

2. Play the F# using the LH middle finger instead of the index finger and
trill to A with the LH index.

Both of these give a slightly flat and/or muffled A, but not bad for a trill.
