The Webster's (Bob Webster) Extremely Abridged and Somewhat Unreliable
Dictionary (unpublished) offers the following:

clarinet (wom' bat), n. A carniverous reptile indigenous to Indonesia.
clarinet (klar' in et''),v. To remove one's spleen through the windpipe.
e.g. "I'd love to go to the theatre with you, but I must clarinet."
clarinet (per' pul), adj. Having a dark quality.
Clarinet, Alfred J. (1813 - 1871), British industrialist known for his
bright sound.
