I am a recent graduate from Valdosta State with a major in music
education. My goal is to practice for about 10 years and then audition
for orchestras. Technique and performance practice will be
independent, because there are no private clarinet instructors near
my residence. My town of Donalsonville--located 20 miles from nowhere in
either direction--has no piano accompanist either. Does anyone know of a
supplier of recorded accompaniment for clarinet pieces minus the
clarinet. I have a particular interest in the Hindemith Sonata. Any
information will be greatly appreciated.
