I just realized that to get to the FAQ and Database server you must
first got to http://206.31.225.125 and then select the server or
FAQ from there (you cannot get there from http://206.31.225.125/clarinet
or http://206.31.225.125/clarinetFAQ). It worked for me for other reasons.

We'll get the "right" way working as soon as our communications issues
are resolved.
