There is another one, I use(d) in Nielsen concerto (slow part):
c#''': play c''' and add second right trill key (so: the one above the Eb/Bb
right- side trill key). It's awkward: but use the tip (instead of side) of
your finger (right index). In the Nielsen concerto it is perfect (i.e.: the
sound/color and pitch). It isn't B-C#-B (as asked in your simple question),
but in there it's: C#'''-B''-C#'''-B''-A''.

I have to mention that I play Wurlitzer Reform-Boehm, so I do not know if it
is an OK fingering on a French Boehm...most likely it works on both systems
the same...
