There are the two obvious ways, one by playing B with the left pinky and
C# with the right, and the other by playing B with the right pinky and C#
with the left. The fine point, in both cases, is whether or not you
continue to hold down the B key while depressing C#. I assume this is
your question. When the music is slow enough, I'll make the extra effort
and disengage the B as I'm depressing C# in order to effect truer
intonation - this as well in both cases. Choosing which left-right
combination to use depends on the music, but the "stock" fingering for
such a progression is B on the left and C# on the right, although one
should be equally comfortable with the other possibility as well.
