The NMA (Neue Mozart Ausgabe: New Mozart Edition) of the clarinet concerto
(which is supposed to reproduce the original publication) shows that every
16th note in measure 7 (and 340 and 342) of the Rondo movement is to be
played staccato; however, many editions and performers slur the 1st and 2nd
notes and the 7th and 8th notes of the measure. I doubt that anyone who has
studied this concerto extensively will be perfectly satisfied with any
performance edition, but one edition that I use frequently is that of the
Trio di Clarone (Sabine Meyer et al), published by Breitkopf & Haertel in
1987.
