I tried in February to see if I might get a line on a 4 CD set put out three
years ago by Mosaic Records of the complete Verve recordings of the Buddy de
Franco quartet from anybody "out there", but only got one response to try CD
Now. They said "Sorry - not our line". In the hope that there might be new
blood, or somebody might be able to help, I am trying again.

There is no chance of picking up a slightly used set in Australia, but
somebody somewhere in the States must know of a person or a store interested
in selling the discs. After eighteen fruitless months of searching, I am
still not ready to give up.
