To all and sundry who have asked for the Stadler pieces--I am delighted to
find so much interest in them. I don't want to be violating any copywrite
laws by sending out xeroxes but I tried ordering them after I found an old
collection of clarinet music c. 1920 in the University music library and
tried to order it--found it was out of print and copied the Stadler duet for
myself and a friend to play for fun. The Caprices were given to me --copies
of old out of print music again, and I am copying the copies to send. I
really want to stay within the law, so if anyone knows of any more recent
editions that exist of any of these pieces where I might write to ask proper
permission to distribute them, please let me know so I can do the right
thing.
