For those of you going to the OU Clarinet Symposium... Mr. Muncy of Muncy
Woodwinds will have his grenadilla clarinet barrels and bells at the
symposium. I hear the barrels are modeled after the barrels he did for
William Hudgins, principal of the Boston Symphony. I have his barrel and
bell and love them. My low E finally plays in tune and I love the dark,
rich, compact sound. For those of you going I would suggest trying them.
